On Monday, June 10, 2024 we will be performing a non-service impacting update to our backend systems to improve the communication on Port Orders.

Improvements include:
An email thread will be created when the port order is submitted. With this new process in place, all updates will now be in a ticket thread versus individual emails. Within this thread, you will receive a minimum of 3 updates:  
1. The order is submitted to the losing carrier or PIN request is submitted.
2. We receive the FOC (Firm Order Commitment) port date. This date is typically 6-10 days after the submission date and will always port at 10am Central (for Toll-Free, port time is 11am Central).
3. The port has completed.
4. **If there is a rejection, such as an address, company name, authorized signer name mismatch, or PIN request, we will send an update as well.

Only one auto generated email will be sent (when the port order is marked as “Succeeded”) and this will come from norepoly@phaxio.com. Please add this address to your contacts to make sure these do not go to your spam folder.
